Turn Rendered Frames Into an MP4
Encode a completed PNG or JPEG frame sequence as an MP4 for free. Set the playback FPS without re-rendering or spending extra credits.
Rendered the frames but forgot the video? Open the animation render’s Outputs tab and encode the existing frame sequence as an MP4. You do not need to upload the .blend file or render the frames again.
MP4 conversion is free. It does not use any additional GPU-minute credits, and Renderjuice keeps every source frame.
Encode the Frame Sequence After Rendering
Open a completed render and select Outputs. Under Video from frames, check the playback frame rate and select Convert frames to MP4.
Renderjuice handles the conversion in the background. You can leave the page while it runs, then return to Outputs and select Download MP4 when the video is ready.
Set the Playback FPS
The video starts with the frame rate from your Blender file. Select Edit to change the FPS or Base before conversion.
You can also encode a new MP4 at a different FPS after one already exists. Renderjuice keeps the original frame sequence, so changing the playback speed does not require another render or any additional credits.
Generate the MP4 Automatically
You can still ask Renderjuice to create the video as part of a new render. On the post-validation page, find Additional Outputs, edit Video (MP4), and set it to Enabled. Renderjuice will encode the MP4 after the frame render finishes.
This option works with PNG and JPEG output. If the Blender file points directly to a movie format, Renderjuice renders an image sequence first and creates the MP4 from those frames.
Keep the Source Frames
MP4 is an additional output, not a replacement for the render master. Your PNG or JPEG frames remain available for inspection, compositing, re-renders, and a future MP4 at another frame rate.
Completed-render conversion needs at least two PNG or JPEG camera frames that are still available. EXR output and deleted frame sequences cannot be converted in the app.
One MP4 per Frame Range
A continuous frame range produces one MP4. If a render contains separate frame ranges, Renderjuice creates one MP4 for each continuous segment and labels every download with its frame range.
